We just opened in Monticello. Here is what that means, who it is for, and the honest reason the price is what it is right now.
Original Center is open. We are a web design and marketing group in Monticello, Minnesota, and we build small businesses their whole online presence as one system: brand, website, local SEO, AI search, and lead flow, all aimed at the one thing your customers want most.
Here is the short version of what we believe. Every business has an original center: the single thing its customer is really after. Most marketing drifts away from it. It copies a competitor, chases a tactic, adds ten things to the homepage, and slowly stops looking like itself. We do the opposite. We find that center, then build everything to serve it.
We are starting right here at home, on purpose. Out around Monticello and the I-94 corridor, there is very little standing between a good local business and the top of every search, human or AI. Most local sites are slow, hard to find, and built like brochures. That is an opening, and we would rather spend it on our neighbors than on strangers.
So we are taking a small group of founding members. The entire build, one honest price of $2,500, while we sharpen the system on real businesses we can shake hands with. This is not a discount gimmick. It is how we build our first relationships and our first proof, and it is genuinely how we get great: by doing great work close to home. The rate will not stay here.
