The apartment was invisible.

People do not rent buildings. They rent an apartment, the one where a life happens. Yet every property website in the country described that home with the same six data points, unit type, square feet, price, availability, beds, baths, and a paragraph of building-wide marketing that applied to a penthouse and a parking-facing studio equally. The thing the renter actually cared about was nowhere on the page.

It was not one bad website. It was all of them. The tools, the templates, the agency playbooks were all built for the building, never the home inside it. An entire industry had lost its center and did not notice.

One website unchanged since 1997. Everyone selling homes, and describing them with six numbers and a paragraph of fluff.

What we built

We put the home back at the center.

Instead of improving a broken thing, we rebuilt from the center out. We gave every apartment its full story in structured data, then introduced it with a short video so you could feel the place before you ever filled out a form. Centering the apartment, underneath, meant centering the person who would live in it.
