Where are you located, and who do you serve?
We are based in Monticello, Minnesota, and serve small businesses across the I-94 corridor: Big Lake, Buffalo, Otsego, Elk River, St. Michael, Albertville, and the rest of the Wright County area. We work remotely, so location within the region is not a barrier.

What it costs
How much does a small-business website cost?
It varies widely, from a few hundred dollars for a template you build yourself to tens of thousands for a large agency. Our complete Founding Member build is a flat $2,500, which includes the website, local SEO foundation, Google Business Profile setup, the AI layer, and lead capture.
What is the Founding Member price?
While we build our system around real local businesses, we offer the entire build at one honest price of $2,500 for a limited group of founding members in the Monticello area. This rate is how we build our first relationships and proof, and it will not stay this low.
What is included for $2,500?
A fast, modern, mobile-first website built around your center, a page for every service and nearby city, the local SEO foundation, Google Business Profile setup and optimization, the AI search layer, lead capture wired to your inbox, brand polish with your real photos, and analytics so we can see what works.
Is there a monthly fee?
The Founding Member build is a one-time price for the whole thing. If you want ongoing work, content, review management, or continuous SEO, we can set up a simple monthly plan, but it is optional, not required.
Core or Plus, which package do I need?
Core is for businesses where the website is part of the decision: customers check you out, get informed, and reach out, but decide across reviews, visits, and conversations. Plus is for businesses where the website is the decision: customers begin, understand, and decide right there. If you are not sure, we help you figure it out.
The process
How long does it take to build?
Because our system is modular, most sites go live in days to a couple of weeks, not months. We built this very site from nothing to a deep, fully wired site in about three days.
What do you need from me?
A short conversation, your brand assets and photos (your phone is fine), your services and pricing, and timely feedback at two review points. We handle the rest, and help you fill any gaps.
What happens after launch?
Launch is the start, not the finish. Our sites are observable: we watch what customers actually do, ship changes in days, and extend the system as you grow. It improves over time instead of going stale.
Do I own my website?
Yes. It is yours: your domain, your content, your site. You are never locked into a platform you cannot leave.

Will this actually get me customers?
That is the whole goal. We build the site to be found by nearby searchers and by AI assistants, to convert visitors into leads, and to route those leads to you fast. No one can promise exact numbers, but every piece is built to get you found and chosen.
How long does local SEO take to work?
Some parts move in weeks (Google Business Profile, reviews), while ranking pages typically build over a few months. It compounds: the longer it runs, the stronger it gets.
What is the single most important thing for local ranking?
For a local business, two things move the needle most: a fully optimized Google Business Profile and a steady stream of recent reviews. Reviews are now one of the top two local ranking factors, and most businesses neglect them.
Do I really need a page for every service?
Yes. One strong page per service is the number-one on-page factor for local search. People search the specific thing they need, and a dedicated page for each helps you rank for each.
Getting found by AI
How do I get recommended by ChatGPT and other AI assistants?
Assistants recommend businesses that are consistent, well reviewed, and mentioned across the web, with content clear enough to quote. There is no trick. You become the clearest, most trustworthy version of your business online, and we build exactly that: matching details everywhere, quotable content, and deep structured data.
Is the AI search stuff actually worth it, or is it hype?
It is real and growing. A large share of searches now show an AI answer, and more people ask assistants directly for recommendations. The honest part: it is not a gimmick or a magic file, it is consistency, reviews, mentions, and clear content. Almost no local business has done this yet, which is exactly why it is worth doing now.
Does an llms.txt file get me into AI answers?
Honestly, no. Research shows almost all llms.txt files receive zero AI-crawler requests, and Google has said it does not use it for ranking. We include one as harmless future-proofing, but we will never tell you it is the thing that gets you recommended. The real levers are consistency, reviews, mentions, and quotable content.

I already have a website or a Facebook page. Why would I need you?
